Psssst. The secret of success. Helpful if you’re under 25

So your things to do list is clear. You've checked things off your agenda line-by- line. You’ve responded to all emails. You’ve made the calls. Is there anything else?
Well no. Time to head home. Pat yourself on the back. You’ve earned that pay check.
Do what is expected of you. That’s how we have been programmed since we were born. No need to excel. A pass grade is good enough. Have you finished your assignment? Great. Is the quality really that exceptional? Hmmm.
It is at this point that we draw the line between workers and entrepreneurs, between leaders and followers, between people who work in the communications department and the communicator.
I wonder if we could change the paradigm. I think we can. But only if we acknowledge that the real work comes when after we’ve crossed that last line in the agenda we ask two more questions:
1) What next?
2) What now?
No one said it would be easy.

I wonder is it possible to know your goals and dreams when you're under 25? What do you think?
I actually wrote this post after I observed a series on young employees/interns timing their work so they could leave at the appointed hour. The pattern disturbed me.
That's very thought provoking! It is helpful not only for those under 25, but also over 25. Keep the nuggets of wisdom coming.
Do what is expected of you? Good if you want to stay in one place. Always do the unexpected - it keeps them guessing.
Plus most people who have done what is expected of them who says that they know what they want to do with their life at 25 have not lived enough.
I believe that it is very possible to know your dreams and aspirations under 25. I think that as time goes by ppl get to comfortable in their "secure" jobs causing dreams and aspirations go flying out the window if they are not focused. Then only when pain becomes greater than their inertia do they dare to dream again.
